finally got my hands on the black Ann Dem skull necklace. looks as good as it seems.
was told by some that this skull is crafted from real bone and is one of its kind. quite a old model but its the look that really attracts me as always. nice.
"I prefer to live the life without regrets. But if there ever is one, then my only regret is never to dress any better."

i simply love this hare tee. i mean i dunno what's with my love for grey these days. simply appreciate the way the photo was blended in with the grey fabric. as i always say "Grey fabrics always excites me". this is one of hare's recent release of tee. a stripe long tee with photo, their recurring line is also released. do check out zozo.jp for pictures.
due to the increasing demand for semi formal apparels and their casual yet classy styles, it attracted a large crowd of fashionistas to go for shirts. i have always love shirts and Zucca recently came out with their Neck Tie shirt. it involved the combination of a neck tie where the shirt is connected to the tie. it is then tighen with the neck. an innovative approach or rather a small gimmick adopted. Mihara also did similar style for shirt collars but the neck tie innovation proved rather fascinating.

i actually got to admit that some of Ann Dem's item is really very fascinating. this time round i was pretty much captivated by her use of leather as well as her playing around with the use of black and white on her apparels. after a few seasons of her usage of gothic punk approaches, this upcoming collection emphasizes the 20th century english writer Virginia Woolf as a driving design concept. keeping the feel of fashion based on Patti Smith's shadow, black and white, fur and texture, military and contemporary arts, are all being felt. a never ending endurance can sometimes be one of the ways to convince and win over fashionista's hearts.
Tim Blanks from men.style.com mentioned about Ann Dem getting her insipirations from Marcel Duchamp. powered by the dadaism period and revolving her designs with the man himself. she vividly imagined alot. Blanks also mentioned she cryptically described her sleeveless shirts as "a remembrance of writers". very interesting isnt it, Ann Demeulemeester.

yeah heres another shot of the inside photoshoots. all the images as well as the spreads are all in black and white. very nice match up by Tomoki Sukezane's art direction. acting sexy huh kimura?
i must say this fake print tee is done beautifully. kind of think it resembles some print i saw before. suddenly i realise a graphic collective in singapore also known as Phunk Studio once did some really nice print as well and the way they had it print is quite similar to this HARE tee. seems like artist insipired one another eh? nonetheless, this tee is the hot peice of this coming release? as it seem to be always out of stock.
